The Tucker Hale Collection commemorative artwork designed by CJL International is, wholly within itself, an historical allegory of Black women’s contributions to America. It beautifully emphasizes the message of “Standing on Shoulders” – a message that Black women have embraced over the centuries to acknowledge women whose pioneering words and actions gave strength and courage to those coming behind them. This artpiece comprises 15 book covers with the Baobab tree known as the tree of life.
