We offer four easy ways to shop:

Online:
Browse our items by Product or you can use our Search. Please note that we are currently unable to process on-line orders for countries outside of the U.S and Canada. See Non-U.S. Orders below for alternative ordering options and information.

Payment Methods:
MyUniqueAwards  accepts credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout. Checks and money orders are accepted by mail only.

Processing Time:

• All orders take between 4-6 days to be processed before they are shipped. Customized orders will take longer.
• Engraving takes 3-5 days of setup plus shipping time.
• Logo and Personalization take 1-2 days to create proof and then 5 days after proof is approved.

Shipping Information:

• Most items that ship US Postal Service via standard (or ground) service will arrive within 7-10 business days of order receipt (subject to stock availability).
• Items ordered at the same time may ship separately (due to size and packaging constraints), but there will be no additional shipping charges.
• We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes a physical address is required for shipment delivery.
• Standard (or ground) service is not available for shipments to: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
• If you require Overnight Priority service, please call 562 307 6096 to place your order.
• For shipments to Canada, please see the section titled Canadian Orders below.

Tax Information
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the state of Florida and to international orders shipped to Canada. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.

Non-US/Canadian Orders
We are currently unable to process online orders for customers in areas outside of the U.S. and Canada. However, you may submit International orders via fax, mail or e-mail.

Canadian Orders:
The Canadian pricing found on our website is the same as that found in the current version of our MyUniqueAwards catalog. The amount shown will be the exact amount you will be charged. Most items ship from our fulfillment center within 48 hours of receipt. There may be occasion for orders to be sent in multiple shipments, but there is no additional charge. Shipping options with delivery times from placement of order are 7 to 10 Business Days.

Please note:
For shipments to Canada (all provinces and territories including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Northwest, Yukon and Nunavut Territories) you are responsible for all Taxes, Duties & any Brokerage Fees due related to the shipment. As the broker for these shipments, the carrier may contact you to discuss additional charges.
